Aldeia Farm, located in Campos Gerais in the South of Minas region of Brazil, stands at an elevation of 950 meters and covers a total area of 42 hectares, with 32 hectares dedicated to cultivating Yellow Catuai and Mundo Novo coffee varieties.

The farm is managed by Eduardo Mello and Adriane Alves, who are committed to producing high-quality specialty coffee through sustainable farming practices. Their approach combines innovative technology with environmental consciousness, prioritizing not only the enhancement of coffee flavor but also the preservation of natural resources. They implement integrated pest control methods, use organo-mineral fertilizers, and maintain conservation plans to protect local springs, renewable energy sources, and local wildlife. 

This holistic and ethical approach extends to their workforce, where Eduardo and Adriane ensure a fair and healthy work environment, fostering a sense of community and well-being. Also check out our CoffeeVac and Fellow Atmos containers, which we sell to shop without the use of packaging from us. When using this system (only possible for pick up- or personal delivery-orders), you earn a discount (saver-system) of 1€ per ordered 250gr/150gr coffee beans.

Foremost, we choose to supply beans. After 15 minutes the aromas of ground coffee are gone. We can grind on request, but it is not something we offer as standard. More info you can find on our blog !
