Kinu M47 Simplicity
The Kinu M47 Simplicity is fully manufactured in Europe from high quality materials. Italmill's 47mm burrs give the perfect mix of clarity and body, and the grind is infinitely adjustable for anything between espresso and cold brew. There are 50 subdivisions per rotation, and each indent is 10 microns.

The Simplicity is almost identical to the flagship Kinu Classic. The clever use of ABS for the funnel and catch cup has saved a lot of weight, while the essential parts are made of stainless steel, just like the Classic.
The body of the Simplicity is made of 1 piece of stainless steel, into which all parts are pressed. The perfect positioning of the 10mm shaft and black fusion burrs is therefore done completely without screws.
There is a thumb stopper, but you can also add a silicone strap for extra grip. Thanks to the strategic use of ABS, the Simplicity weighs 200g less than the Classic.
Specifically for pour-over, Kinu also has a Pour-over Burr.
