The Kinu M47 Phoenix is fully manufactured in Europe from high quality materials. Italmill's 47mm burrs give the perfect mix of clarity and body, and the grind is infinitely adjustable for anything between espresso and cold brew. There are 50 subdivisions per rotation, and each indent is 10 microns.
