Pietro Multi-Purpose burrs

These 58mm flat burrs for the Pietro hand grinder are made of M340 steel with a Dark-T® protective layer. This guarantees a longer life, less friction and less heat development during grinding.

The B-modal burrs are multi-purpose and can handle a grind ranging from finer than espresso to filter and coarser. They have a bi-modal particle size distribution that provides a fuller mouthfeel and body, and are a very good choice for different brewing methods.

Only 2 tools are needed to replace the burrs. A 2.5mm Allen key and an 8mm ring/open wrench.
