Flair High Heat Temperature Strip

Preheating the Flair Brew Chamber and (to a lesser extent) the portafilter is important to guarantee a good extraction. The rule is, the lighter the roast, the higher your brewing temperature should be.

This temperature strip gives a good indication of how hot the brew chamber is.

Suitable for both the NEO and Pro2 models.
